How do I give you a gate code for our new gate?
As we get close to the end of the warm-weather season, I want to call attention to the outstanding customer service I have received this year from my TruGreen Lawn Service Technician, Phenix.
Phenix has been the most thorough and professional Lawn Service Technician I have had in the more than 15 years I have used TruGreen. In fact, with such a high turnover among Lawn Technicians in years prior to this one, and the inconsistent service I was starting to receive, I was starting to consider other lawn service options. The outstanding customer service I have received from Phenix has restored my confidence in TruGreen. Phenix always comes to the door before he starts the lawn treatment to see if I have any special concerns. Phenix has walked my entire yard with me to answer questions and concerns that I have. Phenix is happy to answer my questions and shares his considerable knowledge freely. He is always friendly and professional. I am very hopeful that my house will be on Phenix’s TruGreen route next season. Phenix exemplifies the level of customer service that all TruGreen Lawn Technicians should strive for.

Promptness of service and knowledge of technicians
Everything is great but, it would be nice to know when service people are coming out to do work in advance so that we could have the yard mowed or conditioned for fertilization.
Service is great and they do a great job.
The service attendant actually visits with you and answers any questions you may have.
Always keep me informed about when the service tech will arrive. Technicians are always friendly and do a great job.
I am sent a work report every time you do my yard. It is nice to follow the process. Very nice that I can pay for an entire years service in the spring and not worry about a billing.
This company has been willing to work with us. However, it would be wonderful to have a direct number to the local company rather than having to go through an impersonal call center. It would also be nice to know in advance when the services are going to occur....a REAL schedule. The call center tells you one thing...and then the local service changes the date.
