This company has been willing to work with us. However, it would be wonderful to have a direct number to the local company rather than having to go through an impersonal call center. It would also be nice to know in advance when the services are going to occur....a REAL schedule. The call center tells you one thing...and then the local service changes the date.

We subscribe to several services so all our yard needs are taken care of. We like being notified beforehand when a service tech is coming for a service call. Or not due to a weather situation. The techs are helpful if we have a question with something.
The issue this summer is mosquitoes. Even with the mosquito treatment it’s been bad. . Overall, very satisfied with the many services we have with you.
