ANTHONY MCDONALDUMPHREY came out today and applied fertilizer to our yards. He is courteous and very polite. We talked about a few recent dead spots out on the front yard on the street (swale area). He thinks it is a fungus,according to his superivsor's opinion. He is going to take photos and send them in, and ask what can be done to prevent this from happening again. Most of my yard is very green and attractive, but these few large dead spots are eye sores and want to find out how not to have this reoccur! He also noticed several circles in the yard, and told me he thinks I water to much and at the wrong time of day. I appreciate the conversation we had, and how he informed me. I also told him, I wanted to have requested instructions place in my account, that going forward, every tech that comes out knows I expect them to clean up after they are through applying product to my yards. I request that all granules be swept off of the sidewalks, driveway, deck in backyard and walkways. Leaving chemicals on the concrete after application stains the concrete and the deck.

I appreciate how easy/quickly you are able to come out to repeat a service, if needed. Daniel Wiley did a great job today.

Tru green On smaller lawns they use sprayer hose for fertilizer and weed. The others use tractor go as fast as they can. When wind blowing 40 mph or it’s raining they do not treat. My lawn looked so bad that I thought about replacing it. So I call true green now I have the best lawn that I ever had. Thank you tru green😊
