I like the app and text telling me when they will arrive and giving adequate time to take care of my dog. TruGreen has very nice employees that care about my yard and trees, as well as that they seem to really enjoy their job! Customer service is very pleasant. My yard looks very nice!

I completed a survey earlier and commented on how I was charged all summer for a service I did not want. I just received a call from customer service but I forgot what her name was. She was very polite and apologetic. She told me she would do what she could to rectify the situation. She told me she would refund the tree and shrub service charges that were to me in error.
I have complained in the past about my lawn care but this past summer my long looked fantastic! A lush green lawn in the summer is my hobby and is very therapeutic for me. I appreciate the customer service I received this morning and the effort TruGreen makes to give me that beautiful lawn!

Depending on who arrives at my house, the service is good, or often needs to be repeated. In the last Tree and Shrub service, the tech is experienced and knew what he was doing. He managed my trees and shrubs well in my last service.
My grass on the other hand shows brown edges, indicating the fertilizer was not sufficiently or properly applied. Ask me to rate this and the score for TruGreen would be lower.

It is nice to not have to worry about when to fertilize and lime. The fact that you aerate also is a plus.
