Our recent application was done by a very nice person (Emily Higbee) she called prior to arriving at our place and stated that we were approximately number 7 on her list and she should arrive before noon.
She arrived and knocked on the door spoke with my wife and explained the type of service she was doing and that the rain would actually help with the chemicals she was applying.
She shut the gate and left the invoice on the door knob.

I love how my lawn looks

Yesterday I had the opportunity to speak with a TruGreen Call Center Associate named Kedisha. I had been having some issues with previous Associates in trying to get a scheduled date for my lawn's aeration without the overseeding. Kediisha was able to arrange for the appropriate March schedule and annotated that during the end of September a 2nd aeration and overseeding would be done and the aeration would be paid for by the customer.
Apparently my previous conversations with Associates were not correctly annotated since Kedisha advised my March aeration was cancelled which I did not approve.
While my previous calls were not properly documented Kedisha effectively resolved this issue in a very efficient manner. She did singularly restore my confidence in TruGreen by her professional approach in correcting previous scheduling errors.
I wanted to take this opportunity to convey my sincere thanks to Kedisha for her assistance. She set a very positive 'Can Do ' and responsiveness for TruGreen..

If there is a concern about something you guys have customer care people that reach out and discuss the issue and resolve it instead of sweeping it under the rug and not caring it seems that you guys care a lot
