TruGreen notifies me the day before your representative comes, he is always on time, friendly, and always answers any questions I may have. My grass stays green nearly all year depending on whether it snows which that rarely happens in Texas. I have been with TruGreen for a number of years. I have asked repeatedly to please not put any paperwork on my front door handle. I believe it’s in my file not to do so.
Some of the servicemen put it under the mat so it can’t be seen which is what I want. This last guy put it on my door handle.
We travel frequently and don’t want stuff on the front door staying there for days. Please, please honor our request.
My technician, Heidi, was outstanding on all levels. She was professional, courteous and above all, very knowledgeable about mosquitoes and my treatment. She took the time to answer all of my questions clearly and in great detail. It was a pleasure to "talk bugs" with such a knowledgeable, helpful young lady. She's a keeper and will be a great ambassador for TruGreen.
The advance notice of scheduling, the live tracking of the technician and the follow-ups are impressive. Great work by the local office!

My front lawn looks good now. But even after long time services from trugreen, my backyard, sideyard and backally are full of weeds.
You keep us informed of your arrival time. Your service people are always courteous and friendly and professional.
Our lawn service has always been great, from the notifications for service to the service itself. We know exactly what's been done and what may need to be done.
Before COVID the tech would always knock on the door but nobody answered. That's because we were - and still are - at work. So in the future, the tech could just leave the tag as he always does and not knock, because we will see it and read it when we get home.

The lawn is really thick and lush, however, the amount of rain has certainly helped.
I do need to have the grub control right away. A nursery had a billboard up saying it is time for grub control.
