You notify the customer a day early regarding arrival. You text the customer as too when the technician will arrive at our house. You notify the customer when the technician is done. You keep the customer in the loop.

It's great that you have text capabilities to know when your technician is arriving. This is an added bonus. It would be nice to have the technicians number on receipt - many times I am not home and have a question about the yard. Would be great to reach out directly to the technician.
