Juan took the time to work the property with my wife and listen to our concerns about the coverage area. My wife stated he was pleasant and didn't treat her like she was uninformed. He covered all the areas I requested since I share a Joint Property(Town Home) there is a strip of grass that is a common area, but it needed to be treated and Juan did as we requested.
