I like the people who actually so the work. Specialist Donavan Gaylord is one of the best things about TruGreen and may be the only saving grace that is keeping me from changing to a different lawn care provider. What a delightful person. He took the extra effort to locate us since he was given the wrong house number. He was so pleasant and friendly in spite of the fact that I was complaining about the recent lack of Service Summary info. I complained some time ago to local management that I had not been receiving one and was concerned that TruGreen was not providing the service that I had paid for in advance. In general, the people who perform the service (that I have spoken to) are efficient, professional, and courteous. Again, I cannot say enough good things about Mr. Gaylord. He is an asset to your company. I gave him a 10. However, since TruGreen has failed to update my house number to the service specialists, but got it right on other areas such as billing information, doesn't speak well for the folks in charge.
The services has made a huge difference in the amount of weeds I see in my yard. It has also helped the health of my grass. I have been very very happy with the sales team getting back to me in a timely manner. The Service side lead by Antonio Carrillo has been amazing. Antonio Carrillo is always very kind and teaches me the process of how TruGreen cares for my yard.
The Technician met me on the lawn and asked if I had any questions about the treatment. Jesus covered the complete lawn and did a great job. Thank you Jesus! Lawn is looking so much better .

They always call to let me know they are going to be here the day before and they never bother us we know they have been here by the little sign they put in the yard they use to put a notice on the door that they were here and what they did but they have stopped that and I really liked that idea that way I know what had been done wish they would start that again. I really like tru Green.
Always notified when they are coming and they get here when they say they will. Very reliable. There are no mosquitoes in my yard!!!

He is always on time and does a very thorough job of treating the lawn. He has great customer service and rapport. I always want to reflect back when someone goes above and beyond and Anthony has done that. I hope this message finds it back to him. I would not want to have any other tech in the future.
