The promptness and speed of applications is what I like most. I have been neglectful of maintaining my yard but I feel as though it is not an eyesore because of the treatment of weeds.

In addition to the normal services Trugreen performs – the fertilization, weed control, fungicide, etc., our supervisor and technicians truly try to help with all the problems that come up in the lawn. They go over and above.
Dustin Drindak has gone over and above helping us with our lawn. He listens to our concerns, and immediately does everything he possibly can to take care of our lawn needs and solve the problems. We really appreciate him.

The service techs are very informative and always willing to answer my questions. Jamal Ware always takes his time with my yard. He makes sure it is done correct and with the care as if it was his own yard. I am highly impressed with this man as a professional. I can tell he is a man of high standards and respect.
I like how the TruGreen employees talk to me before and sometimes after treatments to tell me anything they see. Jamal did a great job today 7/18/23 to explain the Mosquito spray and ask me if I had any questions.

Silverstre Martinez went above and beyond to make sure my trees and scrubs were treated correctly. He rang the doorbell and even asked what trees needed special attention. Took his time doing the treatment. Left a flag in the yard and paperwork on the door.
That the technicians rang my door bell and asked if I had any questions about the service. Also like that he did a good job covering the yard.

I like the people who actually so the work. Specialist Donavan Gaylord is one of the best things about TruGreen and may be the only saving grace that is keeping me from changing to a different lawn care provider. What a delightful person. He took the extra effort to locate us since he was given the wrong house number. He was so pleasant and friendly in spite of the fact that I was complaining about the recent lack of Service Summary info. I complained some time ago to local management that I had not been receiving one and was concerned that TruGreen was not providing the service that I had paid for in advance. In general, the people who perform the service (that I have spoken to) are efficient, professional, and courteous. Again, I cannot say enough good things about Mr. Gaylord. He is an asset to your company. I gave him a 10. However, since TruGreen has failed to update my house number to the service specialists, but got it right on other areas such as billing information, doesn't speak well for the folks in charge.
