The Confirmation call a day or two before the appointment, leaving the bill/description of what was performed to my lawn and the flexibility of Technicians.
I've been a Trugreen client for over 10 years. They do a thorough job with their applications. They will always come back if they are called, and re-apply if asked. Their mosquito application is awesome and effective. They get the weeds, and fertilize that is very effective. I appreciate the care they give to my yard, shrubs, grass, and pests.
The reprasentitive that contacted me was very cordial and work with my issue and we have a plan to resolve the problems i have.
The results are excellent and good communication. The yard looks great and we get calls ahead of visits, so no surprises.

Great communication and timely service. I just set it and forget it! Lawn, landscaping and property is shaping up...in my experience it takes a full annual cycle+ to stabilize and then begin to "bring back" the damage caused by previous owners neglect.

Jose Villagran serviced our lawn yesterday. It needed it. The grass was puny and the weeds lush. He surveyed the lawn, mixed the chemical specific for the weeds then sprayed the mixture on the lawn. He then applied fertilizer over the whole lawn. With the application complete he briefed us on what he had done and pointed out the various weeds he had singled out.
Because of the poor condition of our lawn he scheduled a follow-up appointment in two weeks.
It may be wishful thinking, but it seems our lawn looks better already.

This is my 3rd year using TruGreen and my yard has never been in more good shape. The color, the fullness, everything about it.
I walk every day around my neighborhood and my yard is by far one of the prettiest yards. I have very few weeds and my grass is very thick.
