My initial contact with Cody was very professional and informative. He carefully analyzed my property and the needs regarding my lawn, trees and shrubs; and Cody not only suggested the best plan that would meet the needs of my lawn, but he also explained in detail how those needs would be met through the treatments used. Being an Architect and NOT and agronomist, I did not understand a word he said, but I was convinced that HE did... and that is why I called TruGreen.

Judging from Grass last year, treatment was adequate. We are not always here when men come so we have to trust them to do their job. So far they have been very dependable.
If asked why do I continue to enlist your lawn care each year it is because you continue to provide green grass that is weed free each year.
However I would appreciate if this year you could direct your attention to the North side of the tree line located on the South side of our property. The grass had almost lost its green growth in that area around the trees and the shrub area.

The lawn is looking better. I do not like the automatic renewal. I will renew if the yard looks as good as others in my neighborhood and I get a decent rate.

Today I was very pleased with the specialist Jose V. He was not only friendly and kind, but he also covered the whole area, explained to me what he was doing, and what to expect.
I was thinking about not renewing the contract next year but I will reconsider if I can have Jose V treat my lawn as a dedicated specialist.
Drastic improvement of my lawn after 2 seasons. Was really struggling with weeds, and pulling them was leaving bare spots all over my lawn. Weeds are now under control, and my lawn is filing in nicely. And it's SO green! Still some bare patches, but am happy with the results so far!

This year has been very good experience as I hardly had any issues with weeds and lawn health. Even when I did, Trugreen immediately followed it up and made sure the issues are addressed.
