I appreciate the communication. I always know when the technician is going to arrive. They are always able to explain the service being performed and why and readily answer any questions.
My grass always looks good and that is due to your serivce and my sprinkler system.
However, the one thing I don't like is, your weed killer doesn't include nut sege unless specifically requested. Your people answering the phone consistently tell me that broadleaf weed killer will take care of nut grass. It does not!! I finally got someone the last time I called that knows about nut grass and she had someone come out and spray for nut grass/ nut sege. That helped, but your guy just sprayed again and did not include nut sege and I still have a super growth of nut grass. it would seem, when your guy comes to spray and the nut grass is 3 times taller than my bernuda, he would automatically spray for nut grass, but they never do.
