I like the fact that if your treatment does not work the first time you come back to retreat the problem.
I spoke with Roosevelt in Fort Worth about a problem with in our lawn. He came back and said it is a tall Fescue. My lawn was retreated for this invasion of a northern grass. Roosevelt said this could be killed out pretty easily. My lawn was retreated 6 days ago, I have not seen any signs of the tall Fescue dying yet, but it is still early.

It took a while, but TruGreen transformed our weed infested yard into a green carpet beauty! And their service is great. We have an odd shaped yard and once in a while the service man will miss a section of our yard - it is easy to do if you don't know the layout of our yard. With one phone call they are back and rectify the section - with a smile on their face!!! It does not happen often, maybe 1 or twice in a couple of years but the real message is that TruGreen is a quality company with a quality product and quick to rectify any problem areas.

They are reliable and I think they do a great job.

The lawn is green and mostly weed free.

The tree and shrub maintenance should be once a month. I have to treat my shrubs between times TruGreen comes.

I'd like to pay a compliment to your associate, Corey Tedin, for her visit today. She went OVER AND ABOVE, what I would expect...not only in doing her job...but handling a volatile situation with our "beast" of a dog. Corey was fiercly brave, steady and assuring. We have a pitbull/Lab that is very protective and Corey handled herself professionally and never made me feel guilty... for what was our fault in having her in the back yard.
She is AMAZING! Thank you again for hiring people of excellence, not only in their work ethic, but in customer service. She deserves a raise...just sayin'!

You do what you say. I never have to call to ask when you will be coming because you stay on top of scheduling us. I have nothing negative to say. All is well.
