So today (7/20/17), Scott Fairchild stopped by my house to discuss outstanding issues and I showed him our lawn. He assured me that he will find out why I am not getting a service call prior to the service. He also applied additional fertilizer to address some weeds.
I believe that by him coming over to visit me and help me shows that Tru Green management do read our surveys and are concerned. He also told me he will stop by in 2 weeks.

I live in Melissa Texas. Two weeks ago we noticed that my yard was inundated with armyworms. That day our TruGreen technician stop by and said that he was treating a neighbor's yard. And asked if my yard had the worms also. He treated our yard and the next day no more worms.This wasn't one of our scheduled appointments. But he did check with us, treated our yard and said there wasn't any charge. He said that TruGreen takes care of our yard year around.
