I appreciate that my TruGreen Specialist (Jimmy Dotson) calls me the day before to give me an idea when he will be at my house. There is NO WAY to access my backyard without my being there. He and I can coordinate schedules, so that he has access and completes the treatment in my backyard as well. I appreciate that he explains what he is doing and I am able to ask questions about things that I need to do for my trees and shrubs.
Tree specialist is the same person every time and he appears to have an interest in his treatment and the results. Trees and shrubs are doing very good.

They let you know exactly when they are coming. The trees and shrubs service keeps the bag worms off my trees and the spider webbing off my shrubs and flowers. I went one season without the treatment and the spider webbing killed all my flowers
The young man was friendly and explained what product that he was putting down on my lawn.
