I like it that Tru-Green calls several days ahead to advise that they will be servicing the yard. They show up on the appointed day, and our yard is looking really good! The service we had before, did not show up...and I had to call repeatedly (it was very frustrating).

The service gets rid of almost all the weeds. My lawn looks great.
The specialists always do a great job! However, at my last service on 6/11/18, my back gate was left open and unlocked. It is really important that the gate gets closed and locked as I have a pool and I wouldn't want to have someone wander in and have an accident.

Rarely am I at home when the TruGreen Specialists (79742-Cesar Cruz; there were 2) stop by, this time I was and was very pleased. They were both very friendly and approachable.
