I would really really like it more if I could get the same technician each time. I have some areas in my lawn that are causing me heartache, especially when i am spending so much to have the lawn taken care of.
Having a new technician each time causes me even more worries- i feel i have to talk and explain my concerns with each new technician. i should not be having to do this. and with this i watch each technician, i see some applying product in a less than effective way - inconsistent coverage, I have some tell me that they treated weeds and there should be some browning in a few days and nothing ever happens, no browning and weeds continue to flourish and cause me to physically remove them, I saw one technician do the whole yard while on his phone- obviously a face time call because he was watching the phone the whole time, he missed a section of our lawn. Please- I have had wonderful technicians - more great than bad- but they never come back! just yesterday I had Austin T- he was a 10 out of 10! personable, knowledgeable ,and he was sincerely interested in my lawn. I felt so reassured about the care of my lawn- but alas, I fear i will not see him again. that is my only concern and i often consider switching to another company- so i can avoid this. I am VERY PLEASED with how my lawn has improved over the last 2 years- but i so wish i could have some consistency with my technician.
The experience was pleasurable and i feel that i will be looking at a beautiful lawn very soon. My only issue with my experience is that my appointment for my service changed without notification to me causing a small inconvenience in planning.

On 9/1/2020 Jerome R., serviced my lawn due to some type of chemical burn. The lawn is starting to look much better now. Jerome was personable and explained to me why the lawn turned brown just within about 24 hours from the last service date. Thank you Jerome !
Also I called TruGreen today and spoke with Emily to request lawn service to only be done on Monday, Tuesdays, or Wednesdays. (to avoid another chemical burn due to lawn mowing on Thursdays) Emily set this up for me, and she was also personable. Good Job.
