The staff is always friendly and advise you of what they are doing … (if you are home and see them) I wish the GPS worked more reliably as we have 3 dogs I need to get into house when truck arrives
I generally like the results of the lawn and tree/shrub services. I also really like the proactive service (which hasn't been done yet but is scheduled) to put in some fresh sod plugs in bare areas. I also like the app and the communication around upcoming and completed services. The only room for improvement in my opinion is just improving the overall quality of the lawn. I still have a trouble area in terms of weeds that could be improved - and the overall thickness and quality of st augustine grass itself in other areas could be better.
While I have been very pleased with all of the representatives that have worked on my lawn, trees and shrubs, I just wanted to single out Kevin DeStafano. He took the time to answer all of my questions and offer suggestions which I found to be particularly helpful. Over the next few weeks I'm going to be following through on his recommendations. Thanks to Keven and all of your workers, my lawn and gardens look great!

I don't know what's happened but the customer services seems to have gotten better. They came out and addressed my concerns in my yard. We haven't had that kind of service in awhile. Thank you!
I had been disappointed last year with the results that we were getting. After calling and their follow up, our lawn is coming along and has recovered.
Their follow up this year has been much better.
I paid for the year. I noticed I'm being charged for a service visit. This is the second time this has happened. Can someone please fix this chronic problem? It makes your customer service appear that they don't understand the customer's need and the service expected or you care about the customer. This reflects badly on your brand.

O. M. G. After purchasing a new home I was really struggling with my yard, grass, etc. I actually have a green thumb when dealing with plants, flowers and vegetables. Grass…not so much.
Wow, such an improvement. The grass in the front yard is thicker and greener. The backyard has also improved, a little slower because it was in really bad shape. I also have a huge oak tree that I had to get trimmed up. I would definitely recommend. 😊
