I do have a current problem that is uncharacteristic of TruGreen. I am having an ongoing aeration and lime treatment issue. I have had the technicians come out on three different occasions that resulted in each job done below TruGreen's and my standards.
1st Attempt - The technician did not aerate and apply lime for my entire property that I paid for. I walked the property and looked at the cameras to verify this, since I was not aware the technician was coming to my property at this time. I did not receive the paperwork on my door of what was completed i.e... aeration and lime application as I have always in all my past TruGreen Services. I called for a reservice.
2nd Attempt (reservice) - I was at a funeral in California at the time of service. I called in for a full aeration and lime application (reservice). I talked to several customer service reps to verify my reservice. I explained to my wife (1st language is Spanish) to show the technician our property lines to ensure that reservice would catch everything. My wife said the technician was on our property for only 5 minutes or so...... This prompt me to look at the cameras since I was in California for my uncle's funeral. The technician only aerated the property line that where my wife showed him. I did not see any lime application. I specifically called in and verified on several occasions for a full reservice of both aeration and lime application. I called in for a reservice again and explained in detail my dissatisfaction of the aeration and lime application services.
3rd Attempt (reservice) - The technicians (two) did aerate my entire property as I asked. They came to my door to talked to me as I requested; I walked and explain my property lines. The technicians were very attentive to my concerns. When I mentioned about the lime application, they indicated to me that it was not on the work order, and they had no lime with them. I asked them what the solution is, they did not know. I what to express these technicians did a great job aerating and were very polite / professional. I was extremely pleased with their work. The NO application of lime seems to be an administrative error, not a technician error. I sent TruGreen a message and have not heard back at all to date. I requested for the lime to be applied immediately because of the aeration.
This ordeal is uncharacteristic of TruGreen. I am extremely pleased with all our services and technicians in the past. TruGreen is far above (better product, policies, customer service, technicians) all their competitors. I am a disabled Veterans who can't do many things as I once was able to. I depend on TruGreen to keep up my standards and TruGreen always rises to my expectations. That is why this service really baffles me.
I would appreciate to resolve this once and for all. Could some reach out to me for a final resolution. Thank you so much!!!

I was home for the Aeration and Lime service for the reapplication. I talked to the technician, and he said that he had no lime to apply, that the service request was for aeration only. I asked how do we rectify the problem? He indicated that he had no lime on the vehicle. I showed them the property line and explain that everything needs to be done in between.
The technicians did a great job with the aeration; however, no lime was applied per my request and what was charged originally. In order for the aeration to be effective as originally planned, lime needs to be applied to. Best to have someone come out immediately while the aeration is fresh.
I know this is the case, but all three times, no lime was applied. Remember, I have cameras. Is this a TruGreen Policy? of an honest mistake?

After the service was over, around 10 am the lawn service showed up and mowed the lawn around 2 pm. Will this affect the herbicide and fertilizer?
