There were a lot of spotty, grassless spaces on our lawn and since using TruGreen, the lawn has filled in beautifully and is thick and lush. Our shrubs stay healthy and we have minimal insects around the house.

David Bernstein, Truck ID 118120 has been doing an excellent job. He always seeks me out to tell me what he is going to do on that day and provides me a verbal report when he is finished. The problem I have is, Dave will most likely not be around long. I am not satisfied with the way Trugreen constantly switches my services techs. I've had some good ones in the past who were gone almost as fast as they arrived and I've also had some that I praised the day they were gone. I would sure appreciate it if Dave would remain as my service tech. Perhaps many of your customers don't care or even know who services their lawn. I am one who does.
