My lawn is green again and brown, dead patches are disappearing. Also, I like the gentleman who signed me up.
Technician Dave appears to do a thorough job fertilizing the plants. In fact I request that only Dave does my Shrubs.
They always call the day before a service just to let me know they are coming and for what service. I never have to worry they won't come on a regular basis
Service tech is knowledgeable
My technician Jasper. He always does a good job and is polite and friendly. He brought back a section of grass that we thought was gone. He respects my property and is conscientious. Last tech sprayed my house and new white fence with your chemicals. I just repainted the house and the fence is permanently stained. Management never came out to correct the problems or reimburse me for the 2 gallons of paint. We want to keep Jasper as our tech. He is great!
Tru green comes when they are supposed to. The representative speaks with us if we are home. He has answered questions and told us what is is doing and what still needs to be done.
He also leaves us a written list of what was done and what chemicals were used.

Tech is prompt and office is good about sending a notice of when they will do my lawn. I appreciate the recommendations the tech makes after his/her visit such as "lawn very dry, recommend more frequent watering as permitted by HOA rules for the community."
