Tru Green treats as scheduled and is responsive to retreat for issues when called.
The question is, should I need to have to call for retreatment?
When a billing adjustment was required Tru Green was prompt and helpful. When I asked to discontinue aeration my request was respected. The Tru Green service personnel are knowledgeable, friendly and professional

My trees and shrubs look better than the rest of the homes around me. My biggest compliment is that I have had the same tech (Leo I believe) doing these treatments for several years and he know what my plants need. I don't like it when I get new techs each time, it is like starting over.

TruGreen has done wonders with our grass. Before beginning the treatments, our grass was being taken over by weeds and bugs. We bought bags and bags of fertilizer, and weed and bug control, but the lawn just was not looking any better. My husband and I decided to get an estimate from TruGreen, and we are very pleased with the service.
Now, the grass is thick and green. The entire treatment is geared specifically to our lawn with whatever needs the lawn may have. When the tech arrives, he walks the property and makes an evaluation of the lawn. When he's finished, he leaves a receipt with information on what he did, suggestions to make the lawn look even better, how to cut the grass, and since we don't have an irrigation system, how to properly water the lawn.
We are very satisfied customers, plus the techs are extremely pleasant to work with.
Technician that fertilizes trees and bushes and other plantings is very thorough.
