You have a woman in your corporate customer care who really cares about your customers and was determined to make good on her promise to help me with an issue have had with my lawn.
I writing to let you know that in all my years with True Green your agent Donna was the first person that was able to get me reasons and not excuses for my lawn issue.
Hopefully, because of her commitment to me as a customer, I will finally see my lawn heal from the few issues it has been having for quite a while. After talking with her with on a day or so I was contacted by not one but two very knowledgeable tech come out to my home and evaluate and give me actual solutions.
I can't thank Donna enough she said she would get to the bottom of my issue and she did!!
