It's nothing you could do. We think you are doing fine. A lawn just has to have decent grass for improvement. at least the insects that brought the moles are gone I think, because the mole ridges are GONE!!

We just wanted to take a moment to let you know what a great employee you have in Joel Taylor. He is always very helpful and respectful. He does an amazing job on our yard. His notes are always very detailed and we never have to wonder what was done.

Arrive during agreed upon schedule, and very professional.
Communicate needs beyond service agreement.
Have left the yard in better condition than when they arrived, (picked up trash).
Scheduling:
Very polite and makes service dates on our requests, not simply when the technician is in our area.
Billing:
Typically, no issues arise. However, if they do, the billing department has been helpful, and very patient.
