My St. Augustine grass is looking much better, more vigorous. Several very persistent weeds are gone and the overall appearance has vastly improved from when I was trying to do it myself.
Attention to problems
We are rarely bothered with mosquitos after service by TruGreen. On the few occasions where there was a problem, TruGreen has responded immediately. There is no charge for this and no questions are asked. It's nice to sit outside without the bother of mosquitos.
I like the fact that they are prompt, courteous. They ask if i have any issues to look at, and they explain what they have done and let me know what they have observed that might need attention. I also get a paper receipt!!

From the time Truegreen let us know when and what the next visit will be consistent until the employee comes to my property and spray the right thing my lawn needs. that person doing that job is very respectful, polite, and knowledgeable. HE leaves his name and what had been done, etc.
after 25 years of living in this area, we have had several companies which were doing a good job, in the beginning, and then they deteriorated and were not truthful.

The techs are friendly and efficient. I like that if I run into a problem I can get a retreat of any service in my plan. I like the ability to have one company handle my yard needs: grass and weeds, mosquito, bugs. It's good to have a regular team of techs who know my yard. And the pricing is competitive.
My lawn had problems when I started with your company. Service techs have be very helpful in recommending advice. We will see how the grass grows back.

Now What??
Next time you come out, can you do the shrubs down both sides of the house please. There are black spots on the leaves and the stems of the hedges. Looks like the ones in the front are the only ones that get treated on a shrub treatment. thanks.
