The appearance and health of our lawn and shrubs has improved significantly since we started with TruGreen in 2022. We are always informed in advance about upcoming services. The applications of fertilizer, pesticides, and other chemicals are detailed on a memo left at our front door so we know what's been done and what chemicals were used. When I noticed a particular problem I phoned TruGreen and was helped by a professional and friendly agent to get the issue resolved. I'd rate the service overall A+.

I have been with TruGreen for nearly 10-years now, in the past my service has been average, but that changed on Jun 5, 2023. In the past my lawn care provider would always knock over and damage the corner light around my pool. I complained to TruGreen but nothing was done. On June 5, 2023, I was home when I saw TruGreen pull up in front of my house, to keep my light from being damaged I removed it and placed it next to where I would have to replace it. When I went out to replace the light, to my surprise Curtis W., had already replaced it.
I was 100% satisfied with my service and would like to commend Curtis W. on a job well done.
