Even though prices are very high, compared to local lawn care services, I like the service and the treatments. Richard Smith (Rick) at Branch #5409 always does a great job, and is very thorough. Very knowledgeable. Has been with TruGreen for many years I understand.

The specialists are friendly. I like the fact that they give you a summary when they leave to let you know just what they did and why they did it. And they also have recommendations for you. And they give you the specialists phone number if you have any questions. Customer service is very helpful when I call. I've been with true been quite a while and I've never had problems with them. Their agents are all friendly, knowledgeable, and just seem to want to help you. That's a big plus for me. They do a good job on my lawns too. They keep it green and healthy and are doing their best I believe even with the drought.
My yard was poorly looking and it has really improved - I would rate rate my lawn prior as a 2 and today it’s a 8 (1-10 scale). I have a little more to improve but it is looking amazing. I can’t wait for next year’s results.
