Robert Clifton is very professional and personal. He is much better than the guy who did my lawn last year. I have no complaints. He always takes the time to let me know what service he is providing and does a good job of getting the entire lawn covered.

I especially want to thank Margie and Steve for resolving my "can't aerate your back yard" issue. Thank you for sticking with me...and making certain that service COULD BE and WAS performed. With any sort of situation in business...otherwise...there are bumps. Bumps are not the real problem.The "problem" is had when people do not work together for a customer's needs...and promises made them.
In the case of my "can't aerate your back yard" (which was odd because it was done in the past)...even with the disappointing chat I had with "that one technician" he does NOT represent your kind willingness to problem solve with me.
There is not desire on my part to make rough the road for "that" tech. Perhaps a chit-chat with him on not "forcing" a discount "deal" with a customer versus trying a bit harder to make the service happen. I wish him well...and this has served as a learning experience for him.
I HAVE and WILL continue to recommend you to others. Thank you again Margie, Steve, and the two gentlemen who DID aerate my back yard Levi and Jeremy! Well done!

We've had TruGreen for a long time. I have noticed a change in your service. The lawn care specialists are more attentive to the customer. They used to just do their job, leave a sign and leave. Now, they knock on the door, explain what they are doing, warn about letting pets and small children out for however long. Ask if you have any questions or concerns. Good customer service guys!
