It’s a little too soon to tell if what’s being applied is helping my property or not but I really love the flexibility of the bill pay and how it’s broken up and how easy it is to pay an invoice. The AP is kinda slow but it works great. I really love the AP.

Does the job
My only comment is that, after my last treatment on 6/14/23 at 9:16 am for treatment of weeds, the weeds do not look to be the least bit of wilting or curling. I really don't think waiting till the 21 days is going to make a difference. The weeds look really strong and healthy, unfortunately. They are located mostly along the edge of sidewalks and against the concrete on the south side of my house. It would be great if another specialized treatment could be arranged.

I like that you contact me the day before and how courteous the gentleman are when they arrive and answer any questions I may have. They make sure that my gates are closed as well.

Trugreen is very proactive in taking care of us. Annually, they reach out to us about our contract and price, so it is easy to compare services with other companies. They are also very responsive to "as needed" requests, like spraying for misquitoes. They are flexible and spray our property at times that are convenient to us and our clients. All representatives I have talked to have always been friendly and helpful.
