I have had truGreen for several years. Been happy with the service as difficult for me to do myself. However, this last year I have not been real happy with the weeds,dandelions and tall native grass that has been growing in my yard. I have a neighbor that sprays for dandelions in the large back yard and there are no dandelions while in the front and sides I pay hundreds of dollars for and I have dandelions present.

Courteous employees, well trained and I appreciate the call before the lawn treatment--especially when it comes the day ahead of the service though I have received the call at the same time as the workman enters the yard.
However, after my last treatment, it rained that same day. The summary note left by the worker advised not to mow for 24 hours so I doubt the efficacy of the weed treatment when rain came a few hours later.

Trugreen is very proactive in taking care of us. Annually, they reach out to us about our contract and price, so it is easy to compare services with other companies. They are also very responsive to "as needed" requests, like spraying for misquitoes. They are flexible and spray our property at times that are convenient to us and our clients. All representatives I have talked to have always been friendly and helpful.
