Titus was professional and courteous. He rang my door bell (As I requested) to let me know he was here and allow me time to bring my dog indoors. He also let me know when he was done so I could let my dog roam free once again in the back yard. Was impressed by this young man.

The techs are very knowledgeable and are very available and helpful in answering our questions. Because the service we had done today was out of the ordinary (compared to the last 10 years of service we've had with TruGreen), our tech, Brian Wollan, very patiently spent extra time with us. He explained why our service was happening, why it had changed from previous years, and then proceeded to take care of our spraying in a very timely manner. We appreciate knowing exactly what we paid for.

I have struggled with my grass all summer due to a combination of heat, grubs in grass and just the inability to get it to grow back in spots. I even planted sod in areas that died also. True Green was able to bring it back to life and fill in the areas that were bare and make it lush again. Thank you!
