The only issue I have is that you all have become way too big. Personal service is non-existent and I have lost contact with ANY local people since you bought Scott's. Even your national call center people say the same thing. I have had 2 different people agree with me.

When I signed up this year, I was told that aeration would be scheduled in advance and that I would get a call so we could mark our sprinklers. I received an automated message yesterday that were were servicing my lawn. I assumed since it didn't say aeration that it was just for fertiziler. Today they aerated without notice. We have sprinklers int he middle of our lawn and we are concerned that they may have been damaged. I called and spoke with Marla who made a note in the file. This is concerning. In addition, when I signed up, I was concerned about the holes in my lawn which they said was some sort of fungus and that when they did the aeration at the end of the season, they would re-seed. Now, I'm being told that wasn't part of my plan. I had complained about the holes several times and was told each time that they would re-seed. So, I don't understand how that is not part of my package. This is the first time we have used TrueGreen and I was hoping that the process would be easy. Now I am having these two issues. Also, when they aerated, they did not leave any paperwork. I was told that each time something was performed, we would received documentation and that did not happen.

As always, the lawn and tree services were completed in a professional and workman like manner.

I like that you come out on a regular basis, and evaluate my lawn, and apply what is necessary. My lawn was not looking good when I started with TruGreen. After a season with TruGreen, my lawn is looking so much better and it is on the road to recovery.
