We have always had great service with Trugreen.
I have a question however, Our trees have been getting worse and worse this year. I have been told by you that we have a beetle or something in them but no one has told us how you are going to get them out! They are looking really bad and I think we are losing our trees. Please take a look at them and see what is needed to save the trees .

Every one who came to work on my lawn were very friendly and knew what needed to get my very sad looking lawn back from the dead. It seamed they were hear doing something all the time. They took what I had and treated for weeds ,bugs and all the other icky things that want to destroy your yard. They brought it back to about 50% what it was. I got a very small yard and had to let a new puppy out on a rope all winter to do his business, till I built a pen, that's what killed half the lawn. There last trip was aired and seeded I'm hopping this will bring it back. Time and water will tell. I think they did a great job.

I need a good lawn company to help me and I also need them to hear me because after all I see my lawn daily and the two way communication is essential in this business relationship. I don't have to worry when it is time to fertilize or what to put down, it's all taken care of.

It really worked on my lawn. The only thing I don’t like is the separation in each of the services. You should be able to combine all of them or if there is a combined deal, promote that more.

Today I had a winter fertilization. The Specialist today was 16255 - Robert McMillen. We had a long discussion about the fact that I had been scheduled for an aeration that was never done even though the weather on the scheduled day was clear. On the scheduled date(17 Sep 18) a TruGreen truck arrived directly across the street (at 1952 Fieldcrest Drive) and they aerated and fertilized and overseeded my neighbors yard. I spoke to the technicians and they told me I was not on their "route" and they couldn't do my yard. No one showed up to do my yard so I called the local office and left a message for Anisha on19 Sep ...she never called back.

I called again 21 Sep and never got a call back. Finally I called Phone number removed and was told the aeration would be scheduled NLT today, 10 Oct 18, It was not scheduled and I have not received a prenotification for a reschedule date.

I relayed all of this to Robert and he called the office but was not able to reach his manager to get a reschedule date but was told my area was a high priority and would be scheduled within the next week.

Robert was extremely helpful in discussion about a problem I am having with "brown patch" fungus. He said he would have someone call to discuss my options to treat the lawn now (not the best time of year) or to hold off until next spring.

He was very knowledgable, friendly, and helpful - an excellent representative for TruGreen.

I am encouraged through our conversation and his actions that I will quickly be scheduled for my aeration and that I will be contacted about a plan to treat the brown patch fungus.

I am very disappointed in the aeration delays and the local scheduling to have it done.
