Hard to get a hold of someone.
When we have had a chance to visit with the technicians that do the applications, they are friendly and very knowledgeable.
Last week a technician was at our house and we talked to him about our trees and shrubs. He told of treatments that our arborvitae trees and shrubs should have, and we agreed to the treatments, so I do hope the treatments will be applied in the timely schedule as necessary.

Service technician always leaves written details of service on our door. Have missed being able to speak with him directly this year due to Covid. Always responsive when I have questions or concerns.
I have attempted to call True Green after my last lawn service last week and was unable to reach anyone by phone. The service Tech had called me before he went to my house and I had specifically asked him to open the gate in the back yard to spray and treat my grass for weeds . They are getting really bad with strawberries and purple flower like weeds as well as other weeds. My husband told me to call and make a complaint abut the tech not spraying or treating the back yard. I had told him the fence is really easy to open all he had to do was unwind the clipp wire (like bread tie) and open it. Please call me back about my lawn service. JC Phone number removed.

Chris Adams has been our primary tree and shrub tech for 20+ years and I can always rely on him having answers to any concerns I may have. He has always briefed me on concerns on any of my trees and provides a recommended treatment. One of the main reasons I continue to want this service is because of his knowledge of trees and shrubs.
Will renew for 2021 in late December and for as long as Chris Adams continues to work I formally request that he ALWAYS be the one who who services the trees and shrubs on our property.
