The products applied do what they are supposed to do, the service arrives on the day scheduled, however the phone calls I have had with TruGreen leave a lot to be desired! The person on the phone sounds like it's a pain to answer any question I might have - one step away from rude. They give you the canned "thank you for using TruGreen", but always sounding glad it's time to hangup.

True Green always comes and goes and leaves everything like they were never there. Quick and efficient. I have noticed a huge improvement on my lawns health and have little to no problems with pests now. I am happy with the service and have only used it for one summer to now spring. Happy so far with the service and hope to continue it.
I especially like the professionalism of the technicians. There hasn't been one in all the years I have contracted Trugreen services who haven't taken the time to answer my questions and suggest remedies for my lawn, trees, and shrubs. They have the expertise because you should know I at least double check all advice I am given, not just my yard, but everything. They are personable and I have never been dissatisfied with the service rendered on the scheduled day.

Lawn is looking pretty good. There are times the lawn get light green or brown even with all the watering I do.
