The service is great! I don’t have to be home when the tech comes to care for my yard. If I need something special for the lawn - it’s easy to call and talk to someone that can help and have the problem taken care of. I don’t have to remember when to fertilize or add something to the lawn - TruGreen takes care of everything. I highly recommend the service.
Usually pretty thorough and typically technicians show up as scheduled. Currently I have a wasp/hornet nest on my house even though I pay for pest control services through TruGreen and have for several years, but technician obviously missed this last summer/fall. I hope this is taken care of/removed by TruGreen early this spring.
The technicians tap that come are polite, friendly and clean. Thank you

Our recent application was done by a very nice person (Emily Higbee) she called prior to arriving at our place and stated that we were approximately number 7 on her list and she should arrive before noon.
She arrived and knocked on the door spoke with my wife and explained the type of service she was doing and that the rain would actually help with the chemicals she was applying.
She shut the gate and left the invoice on the door knob.

I had the absolute best ever customer agent in Nicole!! She was able to get my costs down low enough that I could afford the services. with the inflation rates and housing costs I wasn't sure I could keep True Green any longer, but thanks to her I SHARON DOBROVOLNY
