The lawn looks good and the service is unobtrusive.
Service tech said he knocked on door. But that never happened. Was in my office in front of house and seen him pull up but never came to door. May have missed seeing him spray but don't recall him walking in font lawn. As said, may have missed.
There’s much competition in the lawn greening, tree and bush healthy keeping and maybe any will do! However, I use TruGreen three reasons: they are dependable, have professional employees, and most importantly, great customer service.

I'm kept informed about what treatments are going to be completed. Sometimes if necessary they postpone due to weather and return immediately when they can. We use both tree and shrub service and the lawn service.

But TruGreen is always trying to increase my price to the point where it would no longer be attractive to me. It is currently a good value, and given that I am retired I would easily go back to doing it myself when it becomes unattractive.
