I love the automation, but I am very disappointed at the lack of customer service when an application is not completed appropriately. I LOVED the customer service when it was local. The main offices have no idea what programs I have. Now....I have weeds coming up EVERYWHERE in my flower beds and have called on multiple occasions to get this fixed.
I think you do a good job keeping my lawn and trees looking great and in good condition.

Lately, I've been a little mixed up on my service payments. I don't recall having a service for July. I paid for April, June, and July. Somehow I missed the payment for May and for insect control. Otherwise, it has been good. I don't believe I had any service for July, but I may be wrong.

Angelo M applied the 1st application today. He was very professional in his demeanor. I appreciate that he thought to move the dog toys off the lawn before applying the fertilizer & latched the back gate when leaving.
I received notification the day before, however was unsure what time to expect the tech to arrive, I have since updated my communication preferences so that should help going forward.
Since the service was just provided yesterday, I won't know for awhile if it has helped the health of the lawn.
My only concern is that it rained only 3 hours after the application and Angelo had stated no water for AT LEAST 4 hours.....I'm concerned that this may impact the efficacy of the application.
