I want to say that Benjamin Burns, who treated my yard on 10/27, went above and beyond.
He was treating my yard and heard water running. He investigated and found that my back flow valve had frozen and busted causing the water to be just flying out of the valve. I was out of town and the wife was indisposed and did not hear him knocking on the door. He took it upon himself to shut down the water to the valve. He called my cell and left a message as to what went down and yes, he let me know you folks could fix the problem.
In this day and age to have an employee that will make a decision to help, fix and do the right thing when he/she sees there's something wrong...is terrific. Benjamin earns very high marks from this customer. True Green has a special employee in Benjamin.

TruGreen keeps our lawn looking healthy and green. Weeds are under control and the fertilizer
seems to work well. Because of our ages and abilities, we need a reputable company such as TruGreen to take care of our yard. They do a good job or we would not keep them.

The company always calls a day or so prior to the service. The technicians always make their presence know prior to the applications, and leave written material at the door. They have ben ready to answer any questions that I have had.

I like the people who come to my house. It's easy to ask questions when I call. I wasn't particularly happy with the resolution or lack thereof for the black mushrooms. Overall, I'm still a customer.
Always came on the day promised, and the service tech was always helpful and answered all our concerns and gave us suggestions to help with the lawn.

This is the first time since TruGreen took over from Scotts Lawn that a technician knocked on my door to let me know he was going to treat the lawn, to make sure if I had any pets that they were indoors, and to remind me that pets should stay off the lawn.
The Technician that has been treating my lawn all summer was very disappointing and quite frankly I have been so unhappy with the service and having to keep requesting the lawn be retreated, that I was about to cancel my service.
This technician was also my hero for the day. I recently had hip-replacement surgery and accidentally yanked the power cord to my computer out of the wall in my office. Since I work from home, I need to say powered. I am not allowed to bend low to the ground for 6 weeks. This delightful young man was kind enough to take a minute to step into my office and plug in my computer. He was an angel at my door at just the right moment.
Because of his professionalism and kind help, I will continue my service with Trust Green
I'm still up in the air about what I like. I was signed up for annual payments,; however, when Truegreen took over my account from Scott's (2 or 3 years ago) my first Spring treatment was missed in April. After seeing other lawn services of my neighbors, I called Scott's now Truegreen. From my perspective the agent answering my call lied to me about it. After that, I decided I will only pay as you provide service. The only reason I still like about the service is that my lawn appears to be healthy.
Technicians are very thorough and always willing to answer questions. And they always close the back gate.
Recently had a back yard BBQ with our close neighbors. They all wanted to know how we were able to have such a beautiful lawn and shrubs. We told them about your service. Several said they would have to look into TruGreen for next season. You might want to have someone stop by and give them some information on services and costs.
Always friendly techs and pleased with how nice my yard looks compared to my neighbors' lawns. Wish that they would be more careful with fertilizer spreading and sweep concrete when finished so that I don't have rust streaks on my patio after water hits. Thanks!

I have to negotiate the price on my annual contract and then I don't do anything else throughout the year.
