For the most part, the service keeps our grass looking great. There are times though I wished we knew you were coming so we could pick up the backyard as we will come home and find signs posting its been sprayed and dog toys scattered across the yard. If the tech takes his time, we get great results.

I asked to have the person doing work at my parents house to contact my cell number so I could be there when he arrived for our 1st visit that did not happen and then when signing up for your service I explained to the person on the other end of the phone that I wanted the buffalo grass addressed and also areas where we have bugs eating the grass and killing the grass, not to hard to figure out where those areas are as the grass is dead. When I got the results of the 1st visit and the explanation of what was performed I was not happy I have to assume that the individual who passed on the information to the office and tech did not relay what I wanted done. The techs not stated no sign of bugs and was told to treat weeds, not at all close. I expect a phone call the day before the next visit as I live 45 minutes away from my parents house and I would like to personally talk to the tech at the house. I like that I can sign up for annual service for my lawn, shrubs and trees…..and you folks take care of all of it. I would like you to use more fertilizer on the grass….I think your dosage is a bit light!
I want to recognize Vito Boatright (82696). He performed service on 9-22 and accidently broke one of the lawn decorations. He went above and beyond our expectation in letting us know in his ticket what happened and leaving money (out of his own pocket) to replace the broken part. I want to make sure Vito is recognized for his integrity and want to get him his money back if possible as we would more want him to keep it than for us to have it.
