I did not find much holes at all. he just went very ligtly it seems.
i requested for re-service and also put a comment to ring bell sothat I can she wha tis doing.
he did not bother to ring bell. same, no signs in the yard.
normally trugreen will leave the service details print at the door. second time, it was not left.

Communication about services.
What I hate is there have been two charges on my account that nobody could figure out. Sometimes that seems like a little bit of a scam hoping nobody will notice the charge. When I call Lynn about the charges it takes forever for somebody to figure out what they even are and why they’re on my credit card

Our yard was practically dead in June. After four months of TruGreen, our yard is all filled in with beautiful lush green grass. I thought sod was gonna be the only option, and dreading the expense. Thanks again for everything.
Always on time, notify before you come, respond to concerns
1. Give us 2 days notice minimum before scheduled service
2. Better way to reschedule a service date that doesn't work well for us (maybe the ability to pick dates online)

I like your yard service. I still have issues when you destroyed one of my trees because of your recommended treatment.
I especially appreciate the tree and shrub service, as well as the mosquito coverage. The drought has been tough on the lawn, but it is recovering.
