I only need aeration and it's great you just show up each year. I tried the local kid who has an old machine and it doesn't get deep enough for my lawn like TruGreen does.

Very friendly person that came to perform the job. You are very lucky to have such a great person working for you. He took great care of us.

Services have usually been very positive. The last visit by a young woman was not good. She didn't leave the usual signs of having been here or the receipt with info about what she had done and when we should walk on the grass . No info left at all and not sure if she got the back yard done completely. Not the usual service we are used to having.

Right now I am not to happy with the service. I should not have to have you guys come back and re-do the job. I asked the last time I talked to customer service to have them come back after 12:00 noon. I was at work and the came way before that. They did what they were suppose to the first time. Sorry. Other than that when it is done the right way all is great.

I'm using this space to let you know that we are not beginners in your business. We have been
using TruGreen for years.

Also, we haven't heard from you yet but we were assured that you would be able to come to our house Thursday or Friday. We have family coming on Sat. to clean up our yard and need to have the aeration and re-seeding done before that.

Service is fine. Please discontinue placing placards in my beds or on my lawn. I am often out of town for several days at a time and I do not like to have these in my yard to perhaps indicate that no one is home. Thanks.

Antonio F came by to fertilize the trees yesterday. I was concerned about one of my favorite pines trees dying. When I approached him, he stopped what he was doing and took the time to give me some instructions to help revive the tree. I appreciated his willingness to take time as we are still somewhat new to figuring out how to grow things!

Most of all, I love TruGreen's reliability and knowledge of their work! I would be remiss not to add the friendliness and serviceability in all they do!

You communicate well with the customer. I'm never surprised when one of your technicians shows up.

Alfonzia sent us notifications beforehand and arrived at our home to perform the first lawn treatment of the season. He was very polite, did a great and efficient job and answered all our questions. He is from Branch 5300.
