I have been a customer since 2017. This is the first year that I have had to call the customer service line. No lawn services had been scheduled at the property as of May 20, 2021. Treatments normally begin in late March or early April. The customer service rep was helpful and scheduled the first lawn service for 05/24/21. This service was completed today.

I've seen TruGreen when I first moved to Denver in July 2017 and thought it was for the golf course only. Later on, I noticed TruGreen were at a few houses around Cherry Creek, University Hill (when we shopped for a house), and a few other areas. I bought my house in July 2018 full of weeds, not grass. Two weeks after moving in, I began felling "forest of wooden weeds", but this time it came back so I mowed them down. In April 2019, I was determined to fight the weeds by pulling them out by my own hands. Big mistake! It came back with vengeance! Again I mowed down. In 2020, I decided to call TruGreen with skepticism. After coming down to a rate, I thought I'd give TruGreen a try. To my surprise, the weeds were dying and then they did lawn aeration and seeding. This Spring 2021, I was surprised to see much less weeds compared to May 2020. I'm impressed so I felt great about it.
I just spoke to TruGreen staff last week and I was told that a quote would be sent to me. Today, I still waiting to no avail.

They schedule regular services for my trees, lawn, mosquito control so I don’t have to worry about it. The techs are pleasant, efficient and will explain the service and answer my questions. Jerod was very thorough in my recent mosquito service. I miss Damon (lawn) and Heather( trees). Just saying.
