With Service #1 - Specialist "Chris" explained the condition of my lawn; the needs going forward; and the detail of the treatment needs. We walked the property together and spent some time together communicating about what's expected of TruGreen and what's expected of me. Excellent Start.
With service # 2 - Specialist "Angelica" and I spoke briefly before the service. Although I'm sure she is a very competent person, her speech was a little fast for me to keep up with. I wanted to make sure she knew the bounds of the property. Later when I saw from within my home that she was having difficulty with her spreader, I came to inquire/ help -- although she briefly answered- I still didn't understand her. Finally a bit later I wanted to inquire about the heavy rains in the forecast for the following several days - but she departed before I had occasion to ask her.
Her notes indicated I had Brown Patch disease in spots-- But actually before signing up I - inadvisably - - had put down some brush killer on several weed spots that turned brown prior to her visit. (clearly my bad).

Our lawn has not looked as good as it does now for a long time. I know the soft spring rains we've had lately are partly the reason, but I think a great deal of credit should go to our current service Specialist, 53811 - Chris Cochran. When the fertilizer treatment doesn't seem to make any difference, or the lawn is very streaked with yellows and greens, you come back and re-do. However, I really dislike having to call with a complaint, but I feel I have to get what I pay for....is a better lawn or shrubs and trees.
