Reliability
Call in advance to notify customer of service day but this did NOT happen last Friday, January 27 2023 when you serviced home 4 doors down from our address. We have been gone last 2 weeks so we were unaware of this until our neighbor called us.
Shannon is absolutely the best specialist I've ever had. I signed up for the TruGreen bush and tree service approximately 15 months ago and the results in 2022 exceeded my expectations. I look forward to another year using TruGreen and especially with a representative as reliable, knowledgeable, friendly and efficient as Shannon Pruitt.
