This .is in response to my Tree & Shrub Service and Technician Shannon Pruitt. Shannon has been servicing our property since the fall of 2021. The results over the past 18 months have exceeded our expectations. Shannon is very efficient, thorough, knowledgeable and so great to work with. He has always been very responsive with any follow up inspections or additional treatment and has kept our trees and shrubs healthy. I could not be more satisfied with the service and product provided by Shannon.

Shannon was here 4/21/23 to do mosquito defense. He found my daughters missing debit card in the driveway and returned it with our receipt. I find that to be something only an exceptional person would do. It makes me feel great to know we have caring people servicing our house. I would like to know how we could thank him personally. We had no idea where she had actually lost it.
Jeremiah M. was very professional in servicing our lawn. I was not at home at the time of the service but he explained all he was doing to my wife. She appreciated him taking the time to tell her all he was going to do.

I have been a customer for years. I never had a problem with yard dimension service until 2 years ago. I feel like I have to chase down my specialist begging them to do, nothing more, treatment from cable box to cable box and all my back yard. Jeremiah was extremely nice to me. Thank you Jeremiah.
