Shannon P is our shrub/tree specialist. He is professional, friendly and consistent. He is knowledgeable of craft and has followed up with us on a couple different issue we had with our bushes. I rate him a 10.
For the first time in a long time I'm pleased with the appearance of my lawn. It's not perfect, however it looks a lot better than it has in the past. The "Lawn Care Specialist" (Jonathan D) is doing a great job at keeping my lawn looking good and weed free. It's a work in progress and we're heading in the right direction. Thanks.

Shannon Pruitt does a fantastic job with our tree and shrub care.
Their services help maintain our yard. They give you 24-hour notice that one if their service techs will be doing a service and then they notify you when they will arrive on the day of service.
Afterwards they notify you of completion of the service and ask for comments or questions. Their communications are excellent.
Truegreen is doing great. My service manager is awesome, he takes time to listen to me and tailor my lawns need to look it’s best! He ensures I am satisfied and keeps me on the loop on things.
Shannon P is and has been fabulous for the years managing our trees and shrubs. He has great knowledge, skills and customer service.

I have been a Trugreen customer for 13 years in 2 states and 3 homes and I have always received great service. Shannon Pruitt came out today and applied an insecticide, miticide and fungicide to my trees and bushes. He explained why the application was important and answered the couple of questions I had. As long as I own a home I'll be a Trugreen customer.
