How you can improve my yards look. year round
Today, I watched Todd Shore perform my lawn service. He did an excellent job in performing his job. He covered every inche of my property. After he was finished I asked him questions about my lawn. He provided good advice about cutting my lawn to help eliminate some the weeds. He also mention using peat moss instead of straw to help in growing several bare spots on my lawn.
Today, I would rate Todd a 10.
Knowledgeable techs. They always answer my questions. They are personable and professional.
TruGreen schedules lawn care for me at intervals best for my lawn.
They identify problems I might not be aware of.
They are dependable and reasonably priced.
You didn’t ask what I disliked but I want to mention I don’t think it’s helpful to talk to a rep in Kansas or PA about lawn conditions in SC and specific questions I might have. Thank you

Shaun Hood came as scheduled. Did our service and spoke to my husband for a little about how the lawn was doing. Very friendly and helpful.

We had two services done today and both operators, Todd S and Shaun H were professional and answered all my questions.
Shannon Pruit has been the only consistent face of Trugreen to me. Over the years he has always done a 10 plus job like he did this morning.
This morning he offered he comments on plants and trees on my property. We talked mostly about the big oak trees. His advise was right on with regard to taking care of the trees. His service on my evergreens are represented in how beautiful each tree has become.
The landscaping in my yard is beautiful.

I hope to find, maybe this year, a similar Trugreen person to take care of my lawn. Or, maybe I should plant your more trees.

Sean was originally scheduled to service our yard Friday. He had equipment issues and was out of the liquid product so he explained clearly to me why he wasn't doing the service. I appreciate him taking the time to explain. To my surprise, Jon showed up a few minutes later with product and completed the service. Thank you for the team work and Jon going out of his way to complete the treatment!

Always arrive on time and perform the service in a professional manner. Shannon especially (Tree & Shrub) takes the time to discuss any problems and to offer solutions.
Vincent C. arrived on time and so quietly that our dog wasn’t even aware that he was here. The work was performed promptly and Vincent was careful to lock our gate when he left. We continue to be very pleased with the appearance of our lawn, thanks to Trugreen.

Today I met my lawn care professional.118114 Tijion Davis. He informed me what he did and was very efficient spraying my lawn. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Definitely an excellent employee.
The shrub technician is very knowledgeable, responsive and kind.
I am extremely please with the shrub service. My plants are healthy and growing very well. The response to problems in the warmer months is immediate and the technician is knowledgeable and nice.
