The agreed work gets done throughout the year and I do not need to continually keep monitoring whether certain aspects have been completed. If I want something else done, I only need to ask for it and it gets done. The billing has always been correct.

I have used other lawn and shrub companies in the past, some good some not so good.
I have been using TruGreen for last 6 months, they have sent excellent service techs to service lawn and shrubs..
The difference in lawn and shrubs since TruGreen has the service is amazing.

Always on time. However this time, tech rep forgot to do the back yard. The back gate was open, but I believe, it was stuck so tech rep could not get to back yard. Back gate was open, but stuck.
